Garden Audio That Looks as Good as It Sounds

No two installs are ever the same. Sometimes the brief is for speakers that disappear into the background. Other times the client wants something a bit more eye-catching, something that becomes part of the space.

For a recent outdoor project, the client wanted an audio system that not only sounded great but also added to the look and feel of the garden area.

The Perfect Fit: Garvan Loto Outdoor Speakers

For this install we used the Garvan Loto outdoor 360° case speakers. These are not speakers you hide away. These are designed to be seen and to make a statement, with a sculptural look that really stands out.

The design is only half the story though. The 360° sound projection fills the garden evenly, so whether you are sitting nearby with a coffee in the morning, reading on the patio, or entertaining friends, you get the same full, balanced sound wherever you are.

Seamless Multi-Room Audio

To give the client complete flexibility we tied the outdoor speakers into the house system with an iEAST multi-room amplifier. This made the garden part of the whole-home audio. The client can play music indoors and outdoors together for a party, or set different playlists in different areas. It is simple to use and easy to control, which makes all the difference. We also added some of the compact iEAST Amp-i20 units. These are small enough to tuck away under the speakers yet powerful enough to drive them directly, making them a great choice for discreet installations.

Behind the Scenes

As always, it’s the small details behind the scenes that make an install reliable and built to last. For this project we used:

• WAGO Gel Boxes to make all outdoor joints waterproof and safe in any weather

• Webro outdoor speaker cable for durability and consistent performance

• Super Rod cable rods to help run the cables neatly and with minimum disruption to the patio area

• Speaker Snap banana plugs for quick, secure connections into the Garvan speakers

• All-Rack cabinet to house the iEast amplifiers and supporting kit, keeping everything neat and future-ready

The End Result

The end result is a garden patio area that looks incredible and has the sound to match. The Garvan Loto speakers provide the wow factor, both visually and sonically, while the supporting products made sure the system was reliable and well put together.

The system turns the garden into a true extension of the home. Perfect for BBQs, family gatherings, or simply unwinding at the end of the day.
